Consensus: collecting data from all units in the population (not a sample) Probability sample: a sample selected using a random process. Each unit in the population has a known probability of being sampled. Non-probability sample: a sample selected using a non-random method. Sampling frame: list of all units in your population from which a probability sample will be randomly selected.
