London had the greatest raio of ciizens to serial killers anywhere since irm staisics on violent crime have been credibly tabulated. There have only been 60 known serial killers in canadian crime history. London housed at least 6 and as many as 9 serial sexual murders 10-15% of the naional average total since confederaion over a relaively compressed historical period. There were 29 vicims during this ime . and the populaion was approximately 160 000. 13 of these murders were commited by serial killers that have been ideniied and caught. The remaining 16 are unsolved and likely commited by a minimum of 3 other serial ofenders.
