Primaries: Red, blue, yellow.
1. Red: Cadmium Red Medium: good oranges
o Quinacridone Red: good purple and pink
o Alizarin Crimson: very dark red
2. Blue: Ultramarine blue
o Phthyalo blue: darker blue
o Cobalt blue
o Cerulean blue: sky, mixes the best.
o Prussian blue
3. Yellow: Cadmium Yellowlight
o Hansa yellow
o Naples yellow
o Burt siena: brown
o Brunt Umber: great for mixing.
White: titanium white
Black: iron-oxide back
Buy as much colors as you like
Retarder: slows down your drying time
Gloss medium: glossy glazed finish
Matte medium: matte finish
Minimum 3 brushes:
1. Detail brush: #0 or #00
2. University brush: flat ferrule size 2 to 4
3. Fibert brush: the bristles go around (pointed tip). 6 to 8.
Get brushes that work for both oil and acrylic.
Synthetic or natural.
Better to spend on brushes than paint.
Fan brush: don’t get $3 fan brush

Plastic egg carton, use white paper or was paper.
