Bene t of suffering and rede ning happiness is that you will becoming strong and powerful and will nd a new form of happiness - created within you. Happiness in the form of physical pleasure is very attractive for us: is there a better form though? don"t register that physical pleasure is eeting. Rejects that everything needs to be easy because that will lead to a world of mediocre human beings. Use your suffering for something productive or for something good. Through suffering we learn things that cannot be learned in the classroom and these traits become something that we can use in the real world.
