Why: how could the current event be relevant to you and your classmates as current/future employees, managers, leaders, etc. Discussion: hr strategies of tim horton"s and starbucks. T: diversifying food offerings, efficient, want to serve the customer quickly. Sb: unique, premium products, personalized and not as worried about time, want the consumer to have an experience.
