Document Summary

Shakespeare takes it to such extreme on the aspects of revenge. Ex, killed your kid, eat your own kid. They do(cid:374)"t ha(cid:448)e the (cid:373)easure of let it (cid:271)e, i(cid:374) the tragedy, the fo(cid:272)us i(cid:374) the (cid:272)ourt, i(cid:374)(cid:448)ol(cid:448)es lo(cid:448)e, revenge and other emotions. It shows the emotion drive, nothing more powerful than the drive of love, the effect of hate and lack of love can be far more influential than the outcome of love. This is what happens when there is no true love, nothing to counter-balance it. He did it for legacy, he still seeks revenge, he isn"t doing it out of love, being driven by animal instincts. It"s a play so thick of emotion, even when we are watching it with adaptation (film) What does it show us about human nature? (ex, murder, raping, cutting people in pieces, eating human meat) It shows that we are more awful that we thought we were.
