Tracking shot: side to side on a track. Crane shot: up or down on a crane. The effect is that the subject matter, usually a character, is to be perceived as weak. The effect is that the subject matter, usually a charachter, is to be perceived as empowered. Camera tilted to the right or left. The effect is to show the audience that the world is off its balance.
