Introverts vs. extroverts: i am seen as relecive or reserved , i feel comfortable being alone and like things i can do on my own, i prefer to know just a few people well. I am seen as outgoing or people person . I feel comfortable in groups and like working in them. I have a wide range of friends and know lots of people. We bring communicaion styles to new relaionships. Asserive communicators: in touch with their feelings and values, direct and honest in communicaing needs, defend choices in a posiive manner. Clear, calm and asserive in your interacions: direct, honest and posiive. Communicaing your thoughts efecively: clear posiive, open and honest. Learning appropriate self-disclosure: sharing of personal informaion.
