By the end of october the of cers in the navy go out in a blaze of glory. Moderate socialist made and agreement with the army. Short revolution in hungary but otherwise there were no revolutions. This is because the movements got overwhelmed and now there is a chance to rebuild a new country. Production doesn"t need to be 100% anymore, back to consumer goods. No longer need men in armed forces. A lot of people are unhappy about the peace settlement. Northern italy is more industrial and southern italy is agrarian. 4 things come together in fascism (hyper nationalism, expansion, anti-communist, mass politics)
