Coaches should modify the content and nature of game-based training (e. g. number of players, balls) to increase physiological demands (cid:862)o(cid:374)e o(cid:374) o(cid:374)e (cid:373)ark ups(cid:863) increase training. Game-based training for team sports has the same effectiveness as traditional training.
