Dispute: a disagreement between two or more parties. Resolution: ways by which the parties involved may solve the issue. Litigation > court 31248: why, very stressful, expensive, time consuming, punitive, requires a third party to settle/resolve the dispute. *adjudication should be impartial: ^formal litigation.
