For example, when a culture believes that its: is/ought fallacy, disagreement does not imply no objective answer, how do you define culture , fluctuate with travel and time. okay or morally acceptable to kill people if they disobey. Furthermore, recall the famous court case of husband kills daughters and mother because they wore makeup and dated. Relativist will say who are we to tell them they are wrong. Morality is relative to culture there fore there is no right and wrong or objective morality: the arguments are weak, the theory is confused, implications are undesirable. Objectivism: the view that some moral principles are valid for everyone. Ruth benedict: everybody disagrees therefore there is no right answer. Three kinds of criticism the arguments for cultural relativism are weak: disagreement is impossible, no civil disobedience, moral progress, can"t criticize other cultures, self contradictory.
