○ People’s behaviour is caused by their personal characteristics
● Situational (external) attributions
○ Aspects of situation cause behaviour
● Fundamental attribution error
○ When explaining others’ behaviour tend to:
■ Overestimate role of personal factors (dispositional attributes)
