Full-time, full-year female workers earn 75% of that earned by male workers. Nature of women"s work- not very secure doesn"t come with benefits. Persistently lower rate of return for women on post-secondary education-same paycheck coming out of university. The contemporary practice of letting the economic market drive economic and social policies . Don"t have to enter and change policy in order to change affordable daycare. Most countries is western society based off capitalism. Gender analyses are no longer necessary to ensure wage parity. Neo-liberal fiscal policies have reduced social programming through budget cutting measures. No economic and career stability for women over reproductive years.
