Fight or Flight
Walter Cannon (1932) discovered when any threat perceived by
an organism the body prepares itself to fight or flee from it.
Hans Selye (1907 1982) conducted research on the effects of
hormones rats
o Realized that the body responds the same way to all harmful
agents.
