Not paid same amount, wider range of pay scales: no government health insurance. No ohip, need to pay for private health care. People never go to doctors or dentist cuz too expensive. Huge difference between canada and us: services administration spend on. Speakers at ceremonies - spends a lot of money on these events, different from canada: tuition levels (still increasing) 2 and 3 times more than canada.
