Next mixed sugar destroying enzyme (siii) with lysate to destroy the sugar coat, now lysate had (dna, Rna, protein) + r strain ------> result: virulent r strain. Mixed protein destroying enzyme (trypsin and chymotrypsin) with siii and heat killed s lysate to destroy proteins and sugar coat. Lysate had (dna, rna) + r strain ------> result: virulent r strain.
