Every type of human behaviour that is criminalized in this act is already done sothere is no need for it. Counter-law is associated with the concept of criminalization. The concept of criminalization simply states that the criminal law is constructed (the product) of political processes that can be subject to prejudice, prejudices of society, majority of population.
