The flashpoints model public order policing 2009. Has only been applied to a liberal democracy. Impressive crowd: situation was not a riot, kicked off a series of public order protests, constitutional revolution, force the government to strike a constitutional council created a new constitution. No flashpoint: achieved important political gains for the people, down to cultural and contextual levels of the model. February 2009, fascists and anti-fascists clash in dresden, germany.
