This present study is concerned with such problems. (25) In its more specific sense, this study explores how our teaching selves are constituted in the context of learning to teach, and how the selves we produce constrain and open the possibilities of creative pedagogies. In focusing on the ways teachers construct themselves as they are being constructed by others, this study does not provide the reader with grand solutions about the best way to learn to teach.
