Late 20th century movement in the arts, architecture, and criticism; a departure from modernism. Articulates that the world is in a state of incompleteness and permanent unresolved. Involves recognizing the different, yet similar interpretations of the meaning of a given text and the problematic implications of binary oppositions within the meaning of the text. Anne sexton"s transformations, a collection of poetic retellings of seventeen widely recognizable fairy tales from the brothers grimm.
