Maybe the courthouse was not adequately ventilated, or the dust from the walls is the cause of the respiratory disease, and therefore cause the problem. The materials used to build the house could be harboring molds that cause most of the respiratory diseases which primarily affect respiratory system is dominant in her workplace.
