I think that the relevant information which can be obtained from the case study includes the nature of the building, the age of the building, and the duration the client has served in her workplace. Logically, the time the customer has spent in her workplace with illness correlate with the nature of the 100 years building, communicable disease and ignorance of his colleagues who have been falling sick frequently. On the other hand, it"s pertinent to notice that she works in an old house which might be a contributor to the illness. Maybe the courthouse was not adequately ventilated, or the dust from the walls is the cause of the respiratory disease, and therefore cause the problem. The materials used to build the house could be harboring molds that cause most of the respiratory diseases which primarily affect respiratory system is dominant in her workplace.
