Then you create a questionnaire and come up with points. After you get a number of points for each section of every different job of the company, you rank them. Equal pay for equal work of value. Women were paid less for the same work that men did. If you cant afford to equally compensate you have two years to make it equally compensated. We wants you to do what we wants you to do by rewarding or bribing you. To help create a willingness among qualified persons to join the organization and to perform the tasks the organization needs. Employers must perceive that accepting a job given employer will help them satisfy some of their own important needs.
