An account of origins of divine order. The mini epic the shield of herakles. Are all found within theogony and works and days. Starts off praising zeus and explaining his powers easy for him to build up the strong and tear the strong down . One: favours war and fighting, mean, no one likes her, but everyone honours her. The other is born of night and zeus. Potters feud with other potters, same for carpenters etc. Prometheus found it and hid it in a fennel stalk. Zeus made life hard for humans because prometheus stole fire from him. Zeus told hephaistos to knead earth and water and put a human voice in it, with some strength, and to make the face like an immortal goddess face, and to be beautiful like a virgin. Athene taught her embroidery, aphrodite gave her grace, and hermes gave her a bitchy mind and a cheating heart.
