Probability deined as the quanitaive expression of the likelihood of occurrence of an event. Decisions concern such things as the likelihood that a paricular experimental outcome is reliable or in other words, determining the probability that same result would occur if the experiment were to be repeated. Percentage play is the fail to choose the wisest opion available to the coaches bc of misunderstanding of the nature of probability and how it is determined. Statement of probability means that if the current condiions were repeated 100 imes, rain would occur on 25 of those occasions at the place where measures were taken. Probability is the raio of frequency of the event of interest over the total number of opportuniies or possibiliies, the limiing numerical values are zero and one. The probability of the event is 1. 00 and the event may be termed a certainty.
