Nccp- four main categories: achievement, affiliation, sensation, self direction, independence. We are not devoting much time on our personal relationship as we spend the majority of our time o cellphones. Use of cell phones can lead to depression, causes conflicts in peoples relationships. Have you ever had a meeting where your coach is on there phone while the team meeting is going on, the coach does not maintain concentrations and checks cell phone whenever they can. Athletes and coaches excuse themselves in the middle of there practise to pick up cellphones (could be an emergency, but if not then you are losing the trust of others) Trust, how hard have you work for trust and you can easily lose that if your not looking, listening, or actively engaged with teammates, family, etc. (1 achievement - coach want to see skills improve, performances reach higher standards, recognition for achieving certain level of play achievement orientated athlete.
