Document Summary
Hypertrophy not by hyperplasia, hyperplasia is more fibers. Muscle gets bigger when you reduce some resistant training that is it undergoes hypertrophy enlargement of the muscle and that is a result of an enlargement of all the 5 fibers. There are two parts to make a muscle bigger one involved these tiny cells that are surrounding the muscle fiber. And these have one nucleolus and they are attached by some protein connections. these little green cells are called satellite cells and they are satellites they stay in the outside. Part 1, every set of contraction you get the special molecule called insulin like growth factor 1 (igf-1) it looks like insulin but it"s not. The number -1 is the isoform type there are many types. So, when you do repeated contractions the muscle secretes igf-1 into the extracellular fluid and it acts on autocrine manner.
