Disease related restrictions - diabetics/ high cholesterol. Age - taste buds change with age that can influence food preference. Gender - females tend to crave more sweets. Taste sensitivity to certain foods - genetically obese people tend to crave savoury/fatty foods. Oxygen - 63%, carbon 18%, hydrogen 9%, nitrogen 3% Water makes up 55- 65% of body mass.
