He created the system on his own fear. If we watch someone get whipped, the hurt comes to the whole society. Liberal subjects there is a problem with our law today. Law is a living tree that arises out of emotion need to take care of each other and to protect. Open trials- openness is really important because everyone wants to see what it going on. Liberalism of law is based transparency (know the rules) and choice (make a choice based on the rules). Law pretends to give people choices but it really does not.
