Analysis whether the author"s thesis made sense. List out the strengths( yes it makes sense), limitation( however . ex. the author"s argument is utopian or too broad to be applied in real world. There is no protection or remedy to injury unless it was intentional by the harmer to the one being harmed. The remedies for right to privacy is based on damages. Right to property- gossip can be used as props. Once you"re you something in a public domain, its public, there is no point of considering private. The article in general talks about should you have a sense of privacy, what constitutes as private and what the courts have to say about it. As legally develop, you find that what was considered private and not private anymore.
