Your immune system then builds antibodies oi that specific disease germ. Antibodies- proteins that move freely in the body and can recognize and flag pathogens. Empathy does not come naturally, if at all. 1998: wakefield"s lancet paper claims the mmr vaccine associated w/ bowl disease. Paper"s "interpretation": the environment triggers said to be mostly mmr vaccines. In bbc interview wakefield blamed the mmr vaccines-not in paper. Has retreated lately- i"m not an anti-vaxxer, i"m for safe vaccines. 2010: wakefield barred from practising medicine in uk.
