Electromagneic waves include all the colours in the visible light spectrum, along with radio waves, infrared waves (heat), x-rays, ultraviolet light, and gamma rays. Wavelengths that are long are lower high frequency, wavelengths that are low are higher frequency rates. Waves with shorter wavelengths have more energy than waves with longer wavelengths (long infrared waves produce heat, however short ultraviolet waves, gamma rays and x-rays have more energy and can cause damage to dna. The radiaion it emits is dependent on the temperature of the body (k=kelvins) These results diferent form predicions based on newtonian physics (classical theory) Solved the black body problem by doing things that didn"t have anything to do with black bodies per say. You can turn on or of a lot of iny switches: you can"t say you have a half of one of these packets (atoms), you must have a whole packet.
