Labour mobility: working can move to areas of capital. Employment: intense periods of labour migration (millions of) Workers move from one country to another. Segmentation: nearly divided set of working conditions and wages based on age, gender, racialized, categories and area of ethnic origin. Most workers are unhappy living under so many regulations. Discipline: workers must accept the conditions and regimen of the working day (time and motion regulation) Resistance: history of capitalism has moment of resistance, both large and small in which workers have tried to redefine thing in their ways that make their conditions of life better. Keynesian welfare state: immediate origins in the great depression of the 1930s, this was a historic collapse of capitalist production (and the economy) production across all of the major capitalist economies. Examples are united states, canada, united kingdom, germany, france, and italy. This economic depression resulted in mass unemployment, and profits were absolutely lowered.
