Week 2: institutional structures of canadian political system: A- the parliamentary system (bicameral) - fusion of power: under the british system the law and executive are refused- the parliament is dominated by the executive. There are 16 areas that only provincial government can make laws (hospital, education ) - federal government cannot interfere. All provinces have the same laws to make power but not territories.
