Law, justice and jurisprudence: final lecture - december 3, 2015. It"s the little structures that create the conditions for our lives social justice. Debates that have centered questions of justice, whether it is racial, gender, class, or something else. Critiques of legal systems from the feminist"s perspective like davies, mills, etc. Focus on readings from october 15th to the end of the course. 4 essay questions you will be required to answer only 2.
