We tend to think about the law and human relations only in terms of objective criteria (they involves principles of law, obligations, etc. ) but we rarely think about the subjective elements that are a apart of our experience. Subjective - the way in which we have lived our lives, and the experiences we have got from that, and the meaning we attached them to. Racism: someone who has never been a subject to racism, will never understand the true meaning of racism. Those who are regularly subjects to racism, will understand the world in different ways than those who have not been part of the same experience.
