Thomas and chess looked at how the temperament of the infant and the mom. Looked at 9 dimensions of activity level, some are active and other are more sedentary. Coligy - when the intestinal system isn"t developed. Depending on how they rate in these nine dimensions they will be categorized into three temperament. First is40% easy, cheerful, adapt to situation easily. Second is 10%difficult, slow to respond, react negatively. Third is slow to warm up 15%, mils to low key reaction to the environment. To what extent can the child control their emotions, parents will coach the kids to when a reaction needs to be intensive or not. How one expresses oneself and it varies dramatically according to cultures. Like in mourning, there are different reactions to death. If a child doesn"t learn the display rules, they are going to be the object of the people if they aren"t acting in the societal way.
