Intrinsic -a motivation to take actions that are themselves rewarding. People works harder and are more creative and enjoy what they do. Being rewarded for something that you find intrinsically motivating can decrease interest. Extrinsic- a motivation to take action that leads to a reward. Intrapersonal- access to one"s own feelings, knowledge of own strengths and weakness.
