Dean ornish said our survival depends on the healing power of love, intimacy, and relationships. As individuals, as a community, as a culture. Rokach"s model of loneliness (5 parts): emotional distress, i experience feelings of intense hurt, it felt like my heart was breaking. 2. social inadequacy and alienation: i felt i was boring and uninteresting, i felt inadequate interacting with others, i felt ignored. 3. interpersonal isolation: i felt no one loved me, i felt the absence of a romantic relationship, i felt i did not matter to those close to me.
