The crown the executive branch will act only on the advice of its ministers. The crown normally appoints its ministers only members of parliament. Ministers will act together as a team or ministry under the prime minister. The crown will appoint and maintain his ministers. If tge house of commons expresses lack of confidence then the prime minister must resign or request a re-election. There is nothing greater than parliament. (no court/nothng) Lower house is the house of commons upper house is the senate.
