To determine whether the diet we abide to is nourishing or harmful to our bodies and how it reaches to our plates, i will explain a detailed process of the food i ate and drank. The morning of november 16th 2017, i decided to eat one hard-boiled egg and a cup of lipton green tea. Both of which, was expected to increase my concentration and energy to help me focus on the midterm later that afternoon.
