Haemon the son of creon and eurydike. Eurydike the wife of creon, and mother of haemon. Polynices the son whose body was ordered not to be buried (by creon) During this time in greece, to not bury the body of a dead individual, is the biggest dishonour to that individual. In this story, two sons were fighting in the thebe"s civil war however on opposite sides. Even though both sons die, creon ordered that polynices" body not be buried, seeing as he betrayed everyone, and if anyone should do this, they would also die (by stoning). Antigone (one of the sisters of polynices) wanted to bury his body, as per the natural laws, and did so, despite creon"s law.
