If you have a crisis in something and the public believes in it, it justifies change. Canadians trust the education system and have faith in it. They do think there is problems but they don(cid:495)t see a major crisis in education. There shouldn(cid:495)t be a then we will fall behind but they must be critical thinkers. If you are: people who do research in education may not agree with progressive enough and we have to go back to these basic skills educational reform.
