Law has social basis, it both shape and shaped by the society. The main purpose of the sociology of law is to explore this law society relation. To understand law-society relationship we to place law within the nexus of race, class, and gender relation in society. Social location is contoured and conditioned by 3 key elements: our race, our class, our gender. They are used to divide, separate and categorize. They form the primary bases on which inequality is produced and maintained. In the upcoming years, in 2016 the condition of aboriginal people living improved then canadian because of their background: racalized canadian was more likely to experience poverty. The rate of poverty was 3 times higher for radicalized families. racialized groups in canada experience discrimination not just market and workplace but also in education, housing and social services. Women take the most responsibility in a family, eg they take care of the family more than the men.
