Vary hall hall is supposed to be able to gather --- Poor people --- poverty --- its their fault , menace to society , drugs and alcohol , lazy , free riders,, take but don"t give back. Don"t get to make choices --- theyre not able to --- they must be controlled , disciplined or reformed. Treating everyone the same can be problematic if economic, transporatation , educttion , work. People are objects that need to be managed.
