We had a war on drugs that were lost years ago. In penitentiaries 98% black they are there for drugs. This may be because they work long hours: mothers and fathers have to commute hours to grocery stores, children exposed to images of good looking fast food through technology/media. Leads to inactiveness, causes obesity: youth consume electronic habits up to 7. 5 hours a day, even fast food restaurants provide wifi, constant exposure to electronic viewing contributes to anxiety and depression.
