With successive groups of consumers adopting the new technology, its market share will eventually reach the saturation level. In mathematics the s curve is known as the logistic function. Diffusion of innovations is a theory that seeks to explain how, why, and at what rate new ideas and technology spread through cultures. Service innovation is new processes, business models, and modes of delivering services. Yes because there is less memorization and more attentive listening but grades don"t determine whether you are better than others. Going in a certain direction and resistant to changing that direction o because we spent so much time going in that original direction and when conditions take, it is difficult to change o direction o. The bigger the organization is, the harder it is for it to change.
