There isn"t this absolute distinction between the mind and body but rather the thoughts of minds can only be done through acting so this is an expression of a body experience. It is easy for an outsider who doesn"t have to experience it to say that. The superficial part of politics is passing this law and winning the election and the deeper level is what is possible and what the threats are and where our responsibilities lie.
