You can define harm in a way that allows for class exploitation. Rights are all about justifying the egoistic individual. Two different types of men: egoistic man - selfish and private interests, species being man - social welfare and society as a whole. Egoistic man is more common historically but history is guided by class exploitation: egoistic man is a product of history and is not as natural as a we think = species being is natural. Class exploitation - conflict - egoistic man: we can"t see someone who isn"t egoistic so we just assume that it is actually natural. In the spheres of life: public - civil/social (not really us, just acting this way, private - life/egoistic (appears natural but just a result of exploitation) The thing we pretend to be, social man, species being, is actually who we naturally are: fundamental to reasoning is seeing similarities, sciences in the conscious of species, there is something natural about sociality.
