Socrates in jail for a whole month before he is killed. No executions while the ship was in crite and stuggled to get back when socrates was in prison. Crito was one of socrates best friends. Offered to spend a lot of money to get socrates off in the apology. Went to see socrates almost everyday when he is in prison. Crito heard the ship is probably going to show up tomorrow. Socrates says no it will come day after due to a dream. Crito bribed guard to get in early. Crito has been sitting in dark watching him sleep. Said i didn"t want to wake u up. Guard will let you out lets go now. He arranged a prison break and paid off guard. Pg 101 44b "the many will hate me if i don"t save you" Socrates who cares about reputation of the many. It only matters the reputation from the good men.
